It’s the Italian spelling and reflects the birthplace of owner and Chef Fabio Tripputi. Caffè dell’Amore was created as a gesture of love to his wife, Kelly and his adopted hometown of Naples, Florida: Caffè dell’Amore is a cozy, romantic restaurant facing the beautiful beach of Naples, Florida. We were inspired by the great European tradition of hospitality and quality at the table and in the glass. Enter the doors and you are transported to the ineffable atmosphere of the cafés of an Italian piazza. Hand painted frescoes by our friend roman artist Maurizio Tazzuti create a delightful ambiance of relaxed elegance. Romantic music playing in the background invites you to linger. The enticing menu invites you to return. Something else that makes us different is our passionate dedication to seeking out the best ingredients for our dishes. Fervently believing in preparing meals with locally-grown, mostly organic produce, fruits and vegetables are hand-selected. Because their flavors are so distinct and important in creating the perfect meal, key ingredients are imported: Balsamic vinegar from Modena, Mediterranean sea salt, extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany, fragrant Italian meats and luscious cheese are all flown in daily. Scrumptious bread and desserts are lovingly baked every morning, their perfume wafting throughout the building. The same attention is revealed in the selection of wine, guaranteeing an ample selection divided between classics and unusual yet interesting gems.
